What is a better way to celebrate your child's first birthday than letting them have fun, learn and be free with getting messy and enjoying themselves with a cake smash! Each child is different, we get the messy ones and the ones that love to be clean but they all still love it to get stuck in and have some fun whilst getting captured doing so.
With the current situation and your little one(s) not having a huge amount of social interaction and spending most of their times at home, they will feel uneasy at first. We allow them to settle in at first, have a little play and interact with their surroundings. The child will always come first to allow them to feel comfortable to not cause harm to their mental health.
Harrison joined us for his first birthday cake smash, we captured some beautiful little memories, whilst he was clean and then having fun. Though, Harrison wasn't hugely comfortable at first, so with a lot of patience and allowing him to settle in, we captured some beautiful memories. His eyes though, they are mesmerising, with a mixture of colour, his eyes are different throughout the images. Harrison is a big fan of Peter Rabbit, so I am sure you will guess the theme looking through the photos. It was a last minute set up, so we had so much fun putting this together.
