Covid-19 Policy

Due to the recent and on going pandemic with covid-19, it is crucial you and I follow all strict guidelines to keep the economy going and for myself to be able to stay open and operate with a safe ENVIRONMENT for all my clients. Some changes have been made to minimise contact and to keep your family and my family safe.

  • All appointment will be organised through telephone and emails for the time being
  • Even though hand washing is crucial within the studio and I sanitise my hands throughout please wash or sanitise your hands upon arrival and before leaving the studio.
  • All props and the studio area is thoroughly sanitised before your photoshoot and after your photoshoot
  • I will be wearing a mask throughout the session
  • Only one photoshoot per day will be organised to provide enough time between sessions for sanitising.
  • Limit amount of people within the studio - only the ones having the photoshoot and immediate family member allowed on the day to limit amount of people within the building. If it is for a newborn session, I ask for just the baby and parents to come and if you are not having parents and child photos then just the one parent. If you are having sibling photos then please organise for the dad or a family member to pick up or take the other children after their photoshoot and I can concentrate on just the newborn alone photos. This is to limit the amount of people within the building.
  • If you have fallen ill or had any of the symptoms within 14 days prior to your photoshoot, please let me know to reschedule, as I would do the same. To keep your family and my family safe. If you have had any of these symptoms, no matter how mild, please stay at home.
  • High temperature
  • Loss of smell and taste
  • a consistent cough
  • In the light of a lockdown any deposits made will be on hold and reschedule will take place when it is safe to reopen again. No refunds for deposits for 2021 onward bookings, though rescheduling will take place.
