Babies are only small, cuddly, and content for a short space of time, it goes by with a blink of an eye, and those short few months you want to keep them as they are and treasure every minute. But I'm afraid they grow into beautiful little humans .
Those tiny little toes, tiny fingers, and that little button nose; all of their beautiful newborn features will be frozen and become a piece of art for you to treasure a lifetime!
Memories blur but photographs never!
I have many props and backdrops; a little bed, baskets, headbands, wraps, outfits, and many more. I am constantly building my collection up, I just cannot stop buying! If there is a certain outfit, sentimental item that you would like in the photos then get them out! :) they make the best photographs!
My main priority is for you to feel comfortable and your baby's safety is my absolute first priority. I am always keeping up to date, I have monthly online training and attend in-person newborn photography workshops. Your little one is in safe hands.
My studio is based in Ashton-in-Makerfield, where you will be welcome to feel relaxed and to enjoy your little ones have their first photo shoot, or, I can come to you in the comfort of your own home why you are still healing, this is especially good for mummies recovering from a C-section and if you are still wanting to keep your little bundle of joy inside for the first couple of weeks, there would be an additional charge of £50 depending on location.
The best time to have the photos done is around 4-21 days old when your little one is still very sleepy and content, so therefore it is easier for the poses and those adorable photos. You can book your session as early as your 12-week scan, as I only take a limited amount of space per month, so I can give all my attention to my clients and provide space for early or late arrivals. The sessions take anywhere between 2-4 hours, all depending on if we have all that you are happy with. I take my time around you and your little one(s). If they need feeding, then go ahead, they are the most content on a nice full belly.

Lifestyle Newborn Photography
Lifestyle photoshoots are more relaxed and non-posing is involved, some wrapping may be involved if requested. Lifestyle is mainly about your little one and your family, can be in your home context or in the hospital. These photos are real and show the real and true emotions of your first days of parenthood and settling into their new home. No backdrops are involved, your family home is the backdrop, the family home you have created for your little one(s).

Collections
Here are various different collections you can choose from, wrapped only, digital only and then collections that include beautiful keepsake folio boxes to showcase your beautiful photos around your home.
Each Collection includes (excluding wrapped only collection)
- 2-4 hours newborn photoshoot
- colour scheme
- 2-3 setups prop posing (fluffy blanket, baskets, bed, etc)
- baby led posing (naked- if baby allows and with outfits)
- family and sibling photos
- the use of all props and accessories
- viewing appointment
Digital images are not limited to how big you can print, they are provided with the full resolution for you to print as big as you like.
Session fee payable upon booking £70, this will then be deducted from your chosen collection. Remaining of the collection is due at your appointment. If you are unsure which collection to go for, you can choose the cheapest and upgrade at your viewing appointment.
If you would like to discuss payment options, please contact me. There is an option to pay the balance over 3 months and you will receive your images/ products after final payment (products will be ordered once payment is complete). Session fee would still be required upon booking to cover the photoshoot.

FAQ
Can I have parent and siblings shot?
Of course, parent and sibling photos are including in all collection except wrapped only collection as it is only for 1 hour photoshoot. I do ask if you are bringing young children to either bring them at the beginning or at the end and have someone on hand to look after them so they are not waiting around bored as I like to keep the studio as calm as possible for your little one(s) and yourself with it unpredictable with timing.
How long does the photoshoot take?
For newborn photoshoots, they can take up to 3/4 hours but I do try to keep it around 2-3 hours. It all depends on how you're little one settles, some babies take a shorter time and some longer. For example, some breastfed babies can be cluster feeding, therefore we take more breaks to keep your little one happy and calm. I don't like to rush newborn photoshoots as it can stress your baby and I like to keep them calm, so they rule the photoshoot. If your little one is having an off day then we would reschedule to another day.
What are digital images?
Digital images are images that you can print as you like, you will either be able to download them off my online gallery with password protection or receive them on a USB. Digital images are provided at full resolution so there are no restrictions on how big you can print.
My baby has already been born, can I book?
Of course you can, message me as soon as possible and I can get you booked in, it is never too late. If baby is over 21 days of age, we can still get beautiful images.
How long does it take to view my photos?
After your photoshoot, I will edit a minimum of 20 photos for you to view. I would book you back in for around 2-3 weeks after for a viewing appointment, where you will view a little slideshow, and then we would go through the images individually. You will be able to view the unedited images to see if you would like any of those. After your viewing appointment, your RAW images (all unedited, straight from the camera) get erased as they use up a lot of memory. They are kept for up to 30 days. Once you have chosen your images for your package, your products take the following 2-4 weeks depending on what time of the year you order and what products.
