The client shall make a non-refundable retainer of £49 off the full balance to the photographer to perform the service specified.

Upon payment, photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties. Overall payment should be made on the day of the session.

Cancellation. If client requests to amend or cancel this agreement 7 or more calendar days before the session date, the retainer shall be applied mutually agreed upon reschedule date. If client cancels this agreement, or fails to show, this agreement 6 or less calendar days before the session date, the retainer shall be forfeited. Client understands and agrees that the photographer will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that the client cancels the session or fails to attend the session on the session date, for any reason, photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain.

Rescheduling/ Late arrivals. In the event that the client requests to reschedule a session, the retainer shall be applied to a reschedules session if notice is given at least 6 days prior to the schedule event. Reschedule must be within the same calendar year. Any client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time deducted from the time allotted for the session.

Proof gallery. Client will receive a proof online gallery to choose images by the photographer. Client will receive one week to choose their final images before the proof gallery expires.

Business usage. Client cannot use the images for business usage unless purchasing a commercial usage of the photographer.

3rd party printing. If using 3rd party printing and not directly through Samantha Alexandria Photography, then Samantha Alexandria Photography does not hold responsibility if the print and the digital image does not match or if the client is not satisfied with the service provided by the 3rd party printing company.

Social media. Client gives permission for Samantha Alexandria Photography to use the images for advertisement on social media unless stated.

Beauty. Client understands if client is unhappy with how they look within in the photographs, the photographer is not at fault. Self tanning. It is not the photographers responsibility to fix any self tanning skin.

Health. Client understands to let Samantha Alexandria Photography know if anyone within the household has been ill in the last 14 days and understands if the dates are to be altered.
